Manager, Alumni Engagement

Under the direction of the Vice President, Alumni Engagement, the Manager, Alumni Engagement will be a critical member of the Alumni Engagement function at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, whose work will drive efforts to improve the quality, effectiveness, and success of alumni partnerships and programming. The Manager, Alumni Engagement will focus on strengthening systems and supporting critical projects involving internal and external stakeholders. They will build and maintain strong relationships and serve as a visible ambassador, connector, and relationship-builder with diverse stakeholders. The person in this role will have excellent project management skills, a willingness to take initiative, and bring a deep commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to everything they do.

Manager, Recruitment

Under the direction of the Vice President, Recruitment – the Manager, Recruitment will be a critical member of the Recruitment team at the Institute for Nonprofit Practice, managing much of the operations for the team, as well as stewarding individuals through the application process. The Manager, Recruitment will be responsible for maintaining, and in some cases building, the systems and tools that the Recruitment team needs to meet its targets.

The Vice President, Recruitment develops, implements, and oversees the Institute for Nonprofit Practice’s recruitment strategy and is the resident expert on recruitment and admissions practices. The Vice President, Recruitment will lead on all strategic and innovative decisions that impact how INP attracts leaders at different levels of their careers for its growing portfolio of programmatic offerings.
