Core Certificate Program – A program that equips nonprofit, public, and social impact leaders with the skills, knowledge, and networks they need to make strategic, mission-driven decisions and effect meaningful change at their organizations. Applications for the Fall 2025 – Spring 2026 cohorts of our Core Certificate Program are currently open as follows. Please contact recruitment@nonprofitpractice.org with any questions regarding the application process.
- Boston, Merrimack Valley / Essex County, New York City, and Western New York (Greater Buffalo Area): Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis until cohorts are at capacity.
- Cape Cod & the Islands (MA): General decision applications are being accepted through Friday, May 9th.
- National Core Certificate Program (NCCP), Rhode Island, and San Francisco Bay Area (CA): Applications are closed.
RISE Program – A program for those passionate about advancing equity (with approximately five or fewer years of professional experience) to gain an understanding of how social impact organizations function, develop essential leadership skills, engage in networking, and propel their careers. Priority applications for the September 2025 – January 2026 cohort of our RISE Program are currently open and being accepted through Friday, May 9th. Black Leadership Institute – A national eighteen-month fellowship program that connects, inspires, and uplifts senior-level leaders shaping social impact across the country and across sectors. Through transformative programming, BLI supports leaders with the resources, network, and community to build upon their social, financial, knowledge, and cultural capital as they step into positions of greater power and influence.
