Management Seminar

  • Meets weekly from 4-6pm for 22 sessions

  • Class of up to 36 students

  • Led by Core faculty member, with guest instructors (meet current faculty here)

  • Topics include:

    • Financial statement analysis and budgeting

    • Strategy, growth, and evaluation

    • Team development and leadership

    • Organizational culture and change management

    • Marketing and fundraising

    • Board management and development

  • Class includes lecture, case discussion, and small group work

Practice Seminar

  • Meets weekly from 6:30-8:30pm following Management Seminar

  • Groups of up to 8 students (sub-groups of Management Seminar students)

  • Facilitated by Senior Fellow (meet current faculty here)

  • Sessions are guided by student needs and interests, rather than by a curriculum; students present current challenges and get support from their peers
