Her professional experience includes serving as the National Recruitment Manager at The Knowledge House, where she helped scale high-tech training programs for thousands of learners from underserved communities in five regions. She has also contributed to mission-aligned organizations throughout the education and social impact sectors, consistently focusing on initiatives that strengthen talent pipelines and foster inclusive organizational cultures. A proud Kentuckian, she holds a B.S. in Family Studies from the University of Kentucky and an M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from Georgia Southern University.

Now based in Atlanta, Georgia, Shetundra is energized by community, culture, and connection both personally and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and goldendoodle puppy, exploring local festivals and concerts, and indulging her love of music.
