Robin Vann Ricca

Chief People & Equity Officer, Executive Vice President

Robin Vann Ricca is a longstanding member of our community having served as a faculty member of INP’s Core Certificate Program in Boston since 2017. As Chief People & Equity Officer and Executive Vice President, Robin designs and implements initiatives to ensure our organizational culture drives impact through the lens of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). She leads the comprehensive strategy of all critical work shaping our policies and practices to ensure that INP continues to strengthen both employees’ experience and organizational results.

In her most recent role as the Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources at Road Scholar, Robin was responsible for developing people strategies to support business goals, driving results for all organizational effectiveness efforts. A seasoned practitioner who has spent her entire career in the nonprofit sector, Robin has broad and deep experience establishing organizational development practices, spearheading change, executing DEIB and cultural competence strategies, and advancing performance improvement initiatives. Prior to joining Road Scholar in 2013, Robin held various leadership positions in the fitness, health care, and human services fields.

Robin earned a BS at George Washington University, an MPH at Tulane University School of Public Health, and a JD from Boston University School of Law.
