Rayce Lamb

Rayce Lamb (He/Him/His) is committed to helping professionals thrive in their vocational settings by serving as a connector to education, resources, and community that can help them flourish. His career has spanned faith spaces, the nonprofit sector, and higher education including tenures as the first Director of North Star LGBTQ Community Center and as Interim Pastor of Wake Forest Baptist Church, both in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Prior to joining INP, Rayce worked in both undergraduate and graduate-level admissions at Wake Forest University, most recently serving as the Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management at the School of Divinity.

Rayce received a Master of Divinity from Wake Forest University School of Divinity and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Emory & Henry College. He also holds a post-graduate certificate in Faith-Based Nonprofit Leadership from Wake Forest University School of Divinity and an Executive Certificate in Religious Fundraising from Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. An alum of the Do Good X Startup Accelerator, Rayce continues to work within his community to provide holistic financial formation to faith leaders through his social venture Faithonomics.
