Miguel Petris is based in Boston, MA. He holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Horn Performance from University of California, Davis and Longy School of Music, respectively. After graduating, Miguel found a passion for nonprofit work and has worked with many prominent organizations, including the Boston University Tanglewood Institute, The Boston Landmarks Orchestra, Artists for Humanity, and now the Institute for Nonprofit Practice.

Miguel believes that community-oriented organizations are a vital way to cultivate community and healing in a world that seems determined to separate us. When not at work, Miguel can be found powerlifting at the YMCA or enjoying his latest tv show/movie obsession with his fiancée and two black cats.
