LieChelle R. Hernandez (she/her) brings her expertise in program management and capacity building in the nonprofit sector to the Institute for Nonprofit Practice team.

She joined INP after a successful tenure at Maryland Philanthropy Network (MPN), where she served as a Program and Research Associate. In this role, she actively contributed to the implementation of member and staff-driven programs at MPN, ensuring that the organization’s mission and values guided decision-making processes.

LieChelle played a key role in creating opportunities for Maryland’s philanthropic community to address critical issues and enhance community conditions through learning and exchange initiatives.

When LieChelle isn’t lost in a self-care book or jet-setting to new destinations, you’ll catch her just hanging out with her favorite Cavapoo sidekick.
