Kaitlynne Silvers

Director, Events & Program Experience

Kaitlynne is responsible for the overall strategy, planning, and execution of events and program experiences to elevate INP’s brand and mission. She brings over a decade of experience in event and project management, event strategy, nonprofit event fundraising and development, event communications, corporate and community partnerships, and volunteer management in the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors where she has spent the entirety of her career.

Her previous professional experiences include working at United Philanthropy Forum, Council on Foundations, Moffitt Cancer Center Foundation, and other nonprofit organizations including the YMCA and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Kaitlynne has a B.S. in Recreational Therapy and Psychology from Indiana University where she focused on mental health and art therapy in youth populations. She is currently working towards her CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) designation and her M.A. in Christian Counseling. Based in the sunny city of Tampa, Florida, Kaitlynne is passionate about community and dedicates her time both personally and professionally to mission-driven work. In her spare time, she enjoys the outdoors, cooking, reading, weightlifting and being active, spending time with family, and volunteering at Suncoast Kids Place as a grief support volunteer for teen youth. She will talk about her niece, dog, and two cats as long as you let her.
