As the Senior Grants Writer, Daron collaborates with INP staff, faculty, and alumni to tell the story of our work. She uses facts, figures, and testimonials to raise funds, demonstrating to partners and funders how the Institute’s rigorous leadership programming is changing lives and strengthening communities.

Daron brings over a decade of experience writing for nonprofits to the team at INP. Her passions include wilderness conservation, animal welfare, connecting with nature, and birdwatching with her husband. Daron holds a BS in Environmental Science from Binghamton University and an MA in History from Kansas State University. In the fifth grade, she won Candor Elementary School’s Scrabble championship.
