Allyson Terry

Director, Community Engagement & Expansion

Allyson Terry is a nonprofit and community engagement professional who brings a plethora of relationship building and DEIB experience to INP. In her role, she supports the expansion of INP’s unique and impactful programming and builds community presence in newer markets.

Before coming to INP, Allyson served community-based organizations and their underrepresented students as the Assistant Director for Community Engagement at the University of Georgia. There she built the nonprofit engagement strategy for the university and assisted with providing Black and Hispanic students with knowledge and access around college admissions and preparation. In previous roles, she managed internships and fellowships at UGA and managed volunteer experiences, nonprofit relations, and admissions territories at Oglethorpe University.

Allyson received a BS in Psychology from Oglethorpe University and studied the Psychology of Religion & International Human Rights at Oxford University, New College. She also holds a Masters of Public Administration with specializations in nonprofit and higher education administrations from the University of Georgia.
