Since 2022, Ramik Williams has served as a co-executive director at KAVI, where he utilizes his expertise in K-16 education, workforce development, and youth development. His work focuses on enhancing educational opportunities, promoting economic growth, and improving wellness for individuals and communities. Prior to his role at KAVI, he held senior and executive positions in philanthropy, research, and service organizations. He earned his B.A. in History and Secondary Education and has pursued graduate studies in Public Administration, Public Affairs, and Nonprofit Management. Currently, he is working towards his Doctorate in Education.
