CEO, Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn

Natalie Martinez is the CEO of Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn serves girls ages 5-25, offering a diverse range of programs that empower girls through academic enrichment, leadership development, and health and wellness initiatives.

Before joining Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn, Natalie built an impressive career in nonprofit management, including serving as the CEO of Strong Women, Strong Girls (SWSG), a dynamic, multi-generational mentoring organization that annually empowers over 1,200 girls and college women in Boston and Pittsburgh. She has also held significant roles such as Associate Director of Alumni Relations at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and contributed her expertise at Boston University School of Medicine, Central Boston Elder Services, Boston Day and Evening Academy, and the Unitarian Universalist Association.

With nearly two decades of experience in nonprofit and academic administration, Natalie has demonstrated a remarkable ability to work with diverse stakeholders, develop innovative programs, and drive organizational growth. Her professional and personal journey, underscored by her unwavering commitment to empowering women and girls, highlights her as a dynamic leader and a passionate advocate in the nonprofit sector.

Natalie has pursued extensive education to complement her experience, having completed coursework in Northeastern University’s Master’s in Nonprofit Management program and earning a Bachelor of Science in Management from Lesley University. She also holds a Nonprofit Management and Leadership certificate from The Institute for Nonprofit Practice through Tufts University’s Tisch College. Her commitment to continuous learning and her current pursuit of a Master’s in Public Policy at Tufts University’s Urban and Environmental Planning Department demonstrates her dedication to her field and her expertise.

Beyond her professional life, Natalie is an avid traveler and a passionate reader. She cherishes time with her family and finds joy in exploring new places, ideas, and moments with loved ones.
